Specific Sourcing Strategy –We prepare a target list of competitors and companies from which to identify and by effectively utilizing our industry reach, strong database and at times by advertisement we develop a list of the most apposite candidates.

Preliminary Interviews –we shortlist prospective candidates on the basis of work experience, qualifications, informal reference checks, competence to the role offered and cultural fitment. We establish contacts to identify their interests and  detailed information is provided about job openings and a structured evaluation is conducted to determine the profile match.

Final Short listing –The final short listing is performed on the basis of preliminary interview feedback and the highly competent profiles will be shared with the clients along with the necessary information.

Co-ordinating interviews – We organize and schedule the interviews of shortlisted candidates with travel arrangements if required. 
Formal Reference checks-We provide a very comprehensive reference before an offer is extended and if required we could also appoint appropriate agencies to conduct a detailed background verification.

Negotiations and Offer – We actively participate in the negotiation process, with a thorough understanding of clients compensation policy and  with the results of our extensive compensation & benefits survey we are able plan and discuss a competitive package.
