Synoverge Consultants shall try, through its network and efforts to recruit the Applicant in any concern, but shall not be responsible if the applicant is not recruited in any concern. Synoverge Consultants  does not guarantee any interview call/s and/or any job/s.

Synoverge Consultants are the placement and recruitment consultants and are not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any dispute that may arise between the Applicant and the proposed Employer.

The Applicant undertakes that the information and details provided about his / her candidature are true and correct and that Synoverge Consultants shall not be liable to the proposed Employer in event of any wrongful information given by the Applicant.

The jobs provided by Synoverge can be temporary / on contract / by signing of the bond / transferable to different departments, city, area and / or division / in shifts / part time / with over time clause / on probation / on pay-roll of other companies / outsourcing agencies / outsourcing consultants etc. Any queries / doubts / questions / points about the job should be clarified by the applicant with the proposed employer / s in the interview and / or at the time of joining itself.

Synoverge Consultants are not responsible / liable to get the appointment letter / probation letter for the applicant after getting a job.Synoverge Consultants. does not guarantee the duration of the job after getting the Applicant a job and does not deal in recruitment and placements for foreign countries / abroad.

Synoverge Consultants. are not responsible / liable for any action / gesture / act / behaviour / speech / language / nature / habit / past record etc. of any employer / s (company) and / or any other employee / s of the company against the Applicant during the working / non-working hours after / before he / she is selected (recruited) in the company.

It will be Applicant’s responsibility to inform Synoverge Consultants. if he/she joins a company, leave a job and / or don’t join after confirming with the company. The resume of the Applicant is to be upgraded every six months and all interview calls are to be attended compulsorily. It is the Applicant’s responsibility to ask for the status after giving the interview and reply to any phone calls, e-mail and / or couriers made by Synoverge Consultants Any non-fulfillment of any of the above mentioned points will lead to the cancellation of Applicant’s resume forever.

In Case of any dispute that may arise between Synoverge Consultants and the Applicant, the same shall be subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
